We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Methods & Timing

  • Standard: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days after processing

Orders are processed Mon–Fri (excluding federal holidays). You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.

Costs

  • Standard: $4.99 (Free on orders $75+)

  • Expedited: $9.99

“$75+” refers to subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Order Changes & Address Fixes

Need to update or cancel? Email manhattanviral@gmail.com ASAP. Once a label is created or a package ships, we can’t modify it.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 3–4 business days, ping us and we’ll push the carrier.

PO Boxes / APO / FPO

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via eligible services. Expedited speeds may not apply to these addresses.

Split Shipments & Preorders

If you ordered both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship separately so you’re not waiting. Preorder ETAs are shown on the product page.

Delays

Severe weather, carrier capacity, and holiday volume can cause delays that are outside our control. We’ll still do everything we can to help.

Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)

  • Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags/packaging.

  • Final Sale (not returnable): Gift cards, digital goods, custom items, underwear/socks, and clearance 40%+ off.

  • Fees: We don’t charge a restocking fee. Original shipping isn’t refundable unless we made an error.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email manhattanviral@gmail.com with your order # and item(s) you’re returning.

  2. We’ll reply with simple instructions and a return address/label option.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–10 business days after we approve the return for your bank/issuer to post it.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If something arrived damaged or incorrect, email manhattanviral@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund fast—our mistake, our fix.
