At Manhattan Viral, every piece is made to order. We stand by our quality and want you to be confident with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Made to order: All products are custom printed when you order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive the wrong product or size due to our error, we will fix it immediately.

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, replacement, or refund. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.

Process

  1. Email us at manhattanviral@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted price.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

Replacements

  • If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we’ll send it at no extra cost.
  • Replacements follow standard production timelines (2–5 business days before shipping).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale / clearance products are not eligible for return.
  • We cannot accept returns for size exchanges (check our size guide before ordering).
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing support.
  • Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier branch.
  • If tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days, contact us—we’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, replace the item.
  • Stolen packages after carrier confirmation are not covered, but we may offer a discounted reshipment.

Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If your product is defective, we’ll replace it with the same item in the size you ordered.
